AdRecap
Privacy Policy
- AdRecap reads your Google Ads and Google Analytics results so it can build client reports. It never changes your campaigns, budgets or settings.
- Your reports stay on your device. AdRecap has no servers and no accounts of its own.
- No ads, no tracking, no analytics, and nothing is sold or shared.
What AdRecap accesses
When you choose "Continue with Google," you sign in on Google's own page and approve read access. AdRecap then reads:
- The names and IDs of the Google Ads accounts and Google Analytics properties you can see
- Campaign names and results: spend, clicks, impressions, conversions and conversion value
- Breakdowns of those results by date, device, ad channel, city and search category
- Website results from Google Analytics: visitors, sessions, key events, traffic sources and top landing pages
AdRecap does not read your Google password, email, contacts or any other Google data.
Where your data goes
- Stays on your device. Clients, report numbers, the text you write, colors and PDFs are saved in the app's private storage on your iPhone or iPad.
- Sign-in. The key that keeps you signed in to Google is stored in your device's Keychain.
- Google. Requests for your results go straight from your device to Google.
- Apple Maps. To draw the report map, the names of your top cities (for example, "Irvine, California") are looked up with Apple's MapKit. No account details are sent.
- When you share a report. The PDF goes only where you send it, through Mail, Messages or another app you pick.
What we don't do
AdRecap doesn't run ads, use analytics or tracking tools, build profiles, or sell, rent or share your data with anyone. The developer can't see your accounts or reports.
Google API Services
AdRecap's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to show you your own results and build your reports, and is never used for advertising or to train AI models.
Removing your data
- In AdRecap, open the ⋯ menu and choose Disconnect Google Ads. This signs you out and removes your accounts from the app.
- Deleting the app removes everything it stored on your device.
- You can remove AdRecap's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Children
AdRecap is a business tool and isn't directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
